How do your programs work?

Our programs are designed to complement traditional medical care. Because we take more time with patients and perform more in-depth laboratory evaluations, we focus on the resolution of health problems (when possible). The goal is for employees to get better, not bounce from specialist to specialist. Our programs last 6-12 months and include physician care and extensive lab testing.

Are you a primary care provider?

We do not take the place of primary care, but work closely with the employee’s primary care provider or specialist to provide resolution-oriented, cost-effective care.

Who pays for the cost of care?

While some employers pay for Vytal Health programs outright, most assist with the cost of care by funding employee HRA or FSA accounts to cover costs. Some employers also split the cost of care with employees, so that everyone has “skin in the game.”

How do employees see your doctors?

Through a simple enrollment and onboarding process, your employees will have access to state-of-the-art, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing and private messaging with their physician with the click of a button. Additional care coordination, navigation, and troubleshooting are provided by expert care coordinators–an exceptional service in today’s complex health care world.

Are your programs and services covered by insurance?

We are out-of-network for health insurance, but as a direct care practice, we offer monthly fees as low as $75/month.
