What’s included?
- 1-hour initial consult
- 1-hour follow-up & treatment plan
- 2 more appointments in the first 6 months (every 6-8 weeks)
- Up to 6 appointments per year after that

- While we’re not in-network for insurance, we can assist in providing you with the forms needed to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
- We’ll help you use insurance for covered services whenever possible.
- We partner with Quest, LabCorp, and Rupa Health for a seamless testing experience. Whether we ship kits directly to your home or you pop into a local lab for your tests, we are here to make it as simple as possible. There is a 20% discount for our patients on at-home test kits. Bloodwork is routinely covered by insurance
